Art Student Cheryl Rubin Awarded the Third Peter Helck Scholarship

Congratulations to Cheryl Rubin as the 2019/2020 recipient of the Peter Helck Scholarship at the Art Students League of New York.

Roz and Howard Kroplick established the scholarship is in honor of artist and historian Peter Helck and his family for their pioneering contributions to automotive art and auto racing history.
