District 23 to Vote on Resurfacing of the Motor Parkway Section of the Queens Greenway
Citizens who live in District 23 in Queens (including sections of Fresh Meadows, Oakland Gardens, Bayside, Little Neck, Glen Oaks, Bellerose, Queens Village, Floral Park, Flushing and Jamaica) will soon have the opportunity to vote to allocate $500,000 to resurface the Motor Parkway section of the Brooklyn-Queens Greenway.
Participatory Budgeting voting in New York City allows communities to decide how city funds will be used to better their neighborhoods. Voting will be held from March 26, 2016 to April 3, 2016.
