The reconstructed section of the Motor Parkway in Queens from Springfield Boulevard to Winchester Boulevard is officially open
Government officials and members of the Queens community cut the ribbon on the reconstructed section of the Motor Parkway in Queens last Friday.
In this four-minute video, New York City Commissioner of Parks and Recreation Gabriel Fialkoff opened the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the official opening of Phase I of the reconstructed Motor Parkway in Queens on Friday, December 16, 2021.

Howard, It appears that one very pleased group of the newly paved portion of the Parkway ROW are the bicyclists, Last week at the historic marker near Springfield Blvd. overheard three of them talking about ” now really being able to make good time”
