Mechanican who replaced injured George Robertson
When driver George Robertson was injured in a practice run with a news reporter, mechanician Heim was selected to drive the #8 Benz in the 1910 Vanderbilt Cup Race. During lap 6,the Benz caught fire and finished 27th.
